I've been hacked!

Sorry everybody for all those spam 'I' (not really me) have posted on your da pages. I just pray I'm not banned now. I'm going to contact SOMEBODY to help me. I'm really creeped out that someone would actually hack my account. I just assumed it wouldn't happen to me. I've changed my password but how do I know the hacker can't find my password again. Please don't let me get banned!
